We ought to overcome our enemies by kindness. We should not curse them but we should bless them. We ought to feed, love, forgive and pray for our enemies. The greatest gift we can pray for is their spiritual salvation; that is, that they would have Jesus' imputed righteousness by simple faith and trust.
Let us pray. We come before You, Father, Son and Holy Spirit: we ask that You may bless our enemies with spiritual redemption. Help and save them. Cause them to walk in Your ways. We were at one time enemies with You but spared us through Your dear Son, Jesus Christ by Your Spirit. Do the same for them. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
