The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! This blog web site will be a Christian defense of the Reformed doctrines of the Incarnate Son of Man. May all glory be to His name!

CHAPTER 1:

ALL-CONFIDENCE IN THE ALL-TRUE KING

We look to the Divine Word in confidence of it’s inspiration from God the Holy Spirit.  In it we find the spiritual truth of David, that He protects us from trouble and those who rise up against us (Psalm 32:7).  He delivers His people from the roaring lions of the world and secures our feet upon Christ the Rock.  We ought to rest our hopes and confidence on the all-true Triune King.
Adel had confidence in Christ when he offered a better sacrifice then Cain; Noah had confidence in God to deliver humanity by the Ark (Christ is the spiritual Ark that saves His people from the dark waters of sin).  Abraham had confidence in God when he thought he had to sacrifice his son Isaac, but he trusted in the Lord; Jacob regained confidence in God when he beheld his son Joseph, and departed in peace; Joseph had confidence in God when he told of the goodness of God even in evil against him.
Nathanael gained confidence in the divine Messiah after the testimony of Christ, and Peter’s confidence was restored when he asked the Lord to save him as he was falling through the waters.
Who do you have confidence in?  Is it yourself or is it God?  Is it in the strength of man or the strength of God?
We must trust in the Lord over against putting our trust in princes, and men of authority.  Is God the Holy Trinity the first trust of your life?  Do you depend on God for all things?
Whatsoever you serve; it is your master.  If you serve sin; it has mastered you.  If you serve man; he has become your trust.
Is God enthroned in the secret chambers of your heart?  The answer to this question is the key to who you serve.

CHAPTER 2:

THE HELP OF THE ALMIGHTY TRINITY

God helped David when the giant of sin fought against the future king of Israel, and David won in victory over his adversary.  Christ is the spiritual David who conquers Satan at His temptation by the divine rebuke of the Divine Word.  Elijah was helped by God in being a man of God, and fire came down from heaven and consumed his enemies.  In the future, the reprobate enemies of God shall also be consumed by fire from heaven: a Christ-powered act of God.
The help of the Almighty Trinity is the key in fighting Satan, the world and particular reprobates.  God helps His chosen when the blackest of devils come; and make their waves of abominations.  God helps His people when the coldness of the human heart causes reckless crimes against the quit ones in the land.  God helps His children when the darkness of satanic wickedness immerses the people of the church, and those who are dead seek vainglory.
God is truly glorified when righteousness is exalted, and the vainglory of falsehood is crushed.  My help comes from the Lord; who was, who is, and who is to come.

1I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come?  2My help comes from the LORD,   Who made heaven and earth. 3He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. (Psalm 121 NASB).

Though death be the road I trod; yet in this, I will be confident!  The Lord Christ marks my steps and carries me to victory.  The enemy will not avail against His people, because He is the help of His children.  He helps when tribulations rise, and as if trouble was as pervasive as air.
The Lord breaks the raging waves of trouble, and avails in triumphant victory, by the conquering power of God the Holy Spirit.
Have you truly experienced the help of the Lord?

CHAPTER 3:

I WILL NOT BE AFRAID

There was a boy sent from God; and He was a target by the hosts of Antichrist.  They did all they wanted to him like the beasts did to John the Baptist, but for him: murder, rape, torment, torture, kidnapping in all malice unrighteousness.
Behold the new yet old works of the flesh!  The enemy uses the weapons of malice cruelty, but they are quenched by the Consuming Fire Who is God the Holy Trinity.
Though terrible calamity would be mine; and pain rise above the heavens, and fill the earth with its stench: God the Holy Trinity will remain my fear over against the human enemy.
Who is greater then the Blessed Trinity?  Shall I fear men who are nothing in God’s sight?  Shall I fear reckless beasts who God sees as damned whoremasters?  Shall I fear when God’s protection is mine?  Shall I fear when abominations are done?
There is not only a Day of Judgment coming, but many days of perfect justice by God the Holy Trinity against the rebels for Satanism.
People may murder, rape and slander, but the strength of God in His children is a real thing.  I know His strength as stubbornness.  It is a holy stubbornness born of God’s providential ways and His Spirit.
Not even hell itself could quench my holy stubbornness against my enemies.  Not the blackest of devils could quench my rebellious stubbornness for righteousness!
Daringly I say:  whom shall I fear?

CHAPTER 4:

WHAT CAN MAN DO TO ME?

Christians must have confidence in the Holy Trinity.  It is how His Spirit moves, and instills it in our very being.  If we fail in some way; do not worry!  Only repent and continue on!
The devil is the one who pushes the malice cruelty of man.  But the devil is the one who will be crushed under our feet.
Man does great abominations, but yet, I am confident that though this is true, God has a plan, and He will always be triumphant, and victorious!
No one can touch me apart from the permission of God in life, but the permission of God is always for His glory.
God promises us victory over the hosts of sin, Antichrist and Satan.  We have victory by standing for what is right!  We have victory by silencing the evil one and his children by the truth of God, and stubborn prayer!
Shall I fear you: you stench!  Shall I fear you, men of fame: you whores!  Shall I fear you; antichrists?  You abominations!
I sing the song of deliverance that one day the world of the elect shall be freed from the whorecondemnables!  Yea, at God’s appointed time!
Here is God: He is the Almighty King!  He rules all nations, and under His rulership, headship and kingship, we all have justice in the land again!
I ask, then; what can man do to me?

CHAPTER 5:

THE HEALTHY AND HOLY FEAR OF MAN

The Bible speaks of the healthy and holy fear of man in authority, but we should never fear man as we fear God.  Romans 13 speaks of those in authority in the civil magistrate.  It is proper to fear men in government authority who have power, so we show them respect, and appreciate their office.  All branches of government must act in accord with what is right.  When this is broken, government becomes a pigpen of wickedness, and they bring shame to our country.
People should fear punishment if they have done wrong, and we should live in light of God’s presence: if we live in light of God’s presence, we will live rightly as before the Eternal King.  Those who sin in God’s presence bring shame to government, society and it has cosmic ramifications.
Do you fear law enforcement?  You should have a proper respect of them, because they are examples of maintaining and sustaining righteousness.  God uses them to restrain evil in everyway of public society.
Do you fear the justice system?  Isn’t it there to keep the ways of justice and righteousness?  When the instruments of the legal system become corrupt, the society will use it for unlawful purposes to exalt man’s interests.  The interest’s of man is not after the interests of Christ: herein is wisdom when we follow the Ten Commandments of Christ as the grounds of the justice system.
Do you have a healthy and holy fear of man?

CHAPTER 6:

THE GODLY FEAR OF GOD

The godly fear of God is about godliness.  It is about fearing God with reverential respect, and it is as a father’s relationship to his son.  The son fears his father in respect, and the son desires to please his father.
God the Holy Trinity should give us a sense of respect toward Him.  We should always have a fear of God that looks like this: when I sin do I repent on a daily basis?  Do I follow the numerous commands as angels take commands from Christ?  If you have delayed obedience, amend it with repentance!  If you have faithful, obedient repentance, do you share it with others so God the Holy Trinity alone gets the glory?
The fear of God has an element of dread.  God produces the fear of dread in His people, and in non-elect people, because He alone is the Almighty Creator, the Self-Existent, Eternal King.
Reprobates will forever dread their coming destruction in hell.  Reprobates will forever dread the wrath of God upon them this day.  Dread restrains sin, but it is devoid of reverential respect.
Christians ought to love the fear of God.  As you live your life, are conscience of the Law of God in doing what is right?  Do you act in what is right, and when you don’t; do you amend it in the fear of God?
Forever may His children live in the godly fear of the Most High!  Amen.
