To be a Christian means you know you are forgiven. We possess the forgiveness of sins as the elect of God. We are assured that our sins are forgiven. We have been chosen by God through His Son by His Spirit. We know whom we have believed.
Everyone who is born of God is of the elect. We are born of God by the Spirit of God and the Word of God. He gives us a new heart and takes out the heart of stone. We are given a heart of glory when we die unto perfection that no longer sins.
We have been redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. His blood is all-sufficient, all-true, all-necessary and all-powerful to conquer sin in our lives. We never are out of His hands. We are securely in His hands that never breaks apart or opens up so we would be on our own. We are the elect of God in Christ Jesus our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
