The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! This blog web site will be a Christian defense of the Reformed doctrines of the Incarnate Son of Man. May all glory be to His name!

There Is NO Doctrine of Godhood

I have studied the subject of humans becoming gods.  I submit there is no doctrine that is Scriptural that human beings can become gods.  It is anti-Scriptural to suggest that human beings can become gods.  There is no sound interpretation that humans can become gods.  There is but one God revealed in three distinct persons: the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.  There is no middle ground on this issue: either you profess the one true God or you believe in polytheism.  I have tried to find a middle ground and it always ends in heresy.  We ought to pride ourselves on the fact that there is one God revealed in three persons (Matthew 28).  There is no doctrine that will fit with Trinitarianism and claim that there is no god than one.  The fact is there is no god but the one true God of the Bible.  We worship Thee O Trinity and praise Thee.  Help us to live faithfully before Thee and love Thee supremely.  Amen.
