The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! This blog web site will be a Christian defense of the Reformed doctrines of the Incarnate Son of Man. May all glory be to His name!

My Jesus

We ought to fall at Jesus' feet and worship Him alone.  As Ruth Bryan said we are poor, weak, guilty, hell-deserving creature.  The Lord has redeemed us by His blood.  There is no other redemptive suffering save or except Christ alone. We suffer unto chastening but it is not redemptive.  No work can add to the work of Christ alone because He is God Incarnate.

We ought to ask God to use us for His glory.  We ought to ask God to reveal more of Himself to us.  We ought to ask for gratitude for Him alone and love and embrace Him and our neighbor.  We ought to love and submit to Christ alone and others.  We ought to be patient and courageous.  God grants us all we need.  We must rely on the Lord alone who grants us things like belief and trust.  All that the Lord wants is a difference in our lives.  No one can take that away from us if we focus on Jesus.  The Holy Spirit gives us faith and focus because we cannot generate it from ourselves.  Let us love as Jesus loved.  Let us care as Jesus cares.  Jesus will never cast out anyone that comes to Him.  He gives us faith and Jesus gives us the victory.

May Jesus' love work through this small Reformed ministry blog to touch lives for His glory!
