The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! This blog web site will be a Christian defense of the Reformed doctrines of the Incarnate Son of Man. May all glory be to His name!

How Do We Respond to Islam In Light of the Bible?

Here are some basic points in contrast between Islam and the Bible.  Let us listen carefully to what is being said and what position is held.  I pray for all the per-converted elect Muslims who has yet to respond to the glorious and awesome Gospel of God.
  • There is one God: nothing is associated with Him.  That means they deny the three persons in one God; however, the Trinity is almost on every page of the Bible.
  • Mankind by nature is good, and that means they deny the radical corruption of man in Romans 3 and Psalm 53.
  • No atonement is necessary only repentance to Allah.  This denies the atonement of Jesus Christ and repentance towards the Trinity.   Sin is understood as rejecting right guidance.  The Bible, however, says that it causes spiritual death, original sin and total depravity.
  • Spiritual salvation is based on human effort.  The good deeds of a person has to out way the bad deeds of a person to get into eternal bliss.  They reject the divine righteousness through imputation by faith alone.
  • Muslims believe in the virgin birth and miracles that Jesus did, but they do not call him God's Son.  They reject this teaching.  The Bible teaches that Jesus is God the Son, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity.
  • Jesus did not die on the Cross but Judas did.  Jesus ascended into heaven because they believe it is disrespectful to believe Jesus as a prophet of God would suffer on the Cross and die.
  • Muslims believe the Quran and not the Bible.  The Bible teaches about itself that it is the infallible Word of God.
