The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! The Biblical Truth on Repentance, Pt 3

We ought to never leave a sin unrepeated of; that is, we should repent of known and unknown sins altogether.  Repentance is unto life; that is, we repent with life in our hearts and this is spiritual life.  We have sinned in light of the fact that we have violated His eternal holiness; that is, all our sins are eternal and infinite; however, the grace of God is exceeding farther than sin.

Repentance unto Life
Acts 11:18 KJV
18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

Repentance unto the Remission of Sins
Mark 1:4 KJV
4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

Repentant People have a New Heart

Godly Sorrow

9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

 We ought to have contrite obedience, good deeds, mourning and repentance.  Let us press on to the goal of heaven and live the gospel out for Christ's sake.  Amen.
