The Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost. It is Jesus' favorite title of Himself. I chosen this title because Jesus loved this title of Himself. We ought to never forget that Jesus is fully God and fully man: two natures in One Person. He is the God-man, the Incarnate Second Person of the Trinity. May we mediate on His life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension that we may be conformed to the image of the divine Son of Man! Jesus Loves His People


We should remember that Jesus loves His people; that is, He loves His children, fathers and young men.  No one can take the love of Jesus away from us; however, there are battles that come against us.  We can remain confident in Jesus because He loves us.

Jesus loves me, this I know,
For the Bible tells me so;
Little ones to him belong,
They are weak but he is strong.

Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Jesus loves me, he who died
Heaven's gate to open wide;
He will wash away my sin,
Let his little child come in.

Though I'm very weak and ill;
From his shining throne on high
