The Bible calls us to hate evil and love good, but in a post-moral society there is a ancient dogma of loving evil more than the love of good. Nowadays the Roman church excuses "gay leadership" and the blind public adherence to "big government" that seems to compromise the Christian faith. Have you sided with the world, the flesh and the devil? Is your zealous faith considered madness? Are you sold out to Jesus Christ no matter what? Have you sided with the world in letting one sin go by to negotiate with Satan's helpers? Do people count your sound reasoning as you are out of your mind? Lets all of us be like St. Paul for the infallible Scripture says,
"And as he was saying these things in his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, “Paul, you are out of your mind; your great learning is driving you out of your mind.” But Paul said, “I am not out of my mind, most excellent Festus, but I am speaking true and rational words." (Acts 26:24-25 ESV).
The audience of a preacher is God, because the foolishness of God is wiser than men (1 Cor 1:25). God's written Word is spoken back to Him. The written Scriptures before cosmic sinners is spiritually foolish. It is crazy to love those who despise you by outward appearance. Let's be out of our minds and love our enemies no matter what. There is a sense where there is a good madness or scriptural insanity with a Word-based foolishness that honors God through the love of His written Word alone because it alone is God-breathed in how we are right with God and Christian living.
2 Corinthians 5:13 ESV
For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you.
